We are passionate about identifying and developing the leaders of the future. HFL has a blue chip client list including numerous successful multinational companies operating throughout Asia. We have a senior vacancy in our Singapore office for an L&D specialist to help us deliver to our regional client base. You will be a highly motivated and experienced HR consultant with a track record of designing and delivering outstanding L&D solutions for large corporate clients. You’ll believe what HFL believes – that every client is different, and the customisation of L&D programs is a key factor in both their initial success, and long-term impact and ROI. Your expertise is creative L&D design and creating blended-learning solutions. You will be qualified to take responsibility for solutions design, delivery of senior programs, and for ensuring the overall quality of our service delivery in more junior programs. HFL recognises that many of the most capable consultants in this field may be running their own consultancy. In order to attract the best consultants in this field, HFL has established a Share Option Scheme so high performance contributors to our continued growth get to share in the value they are helping create. | HFL has a growing Asian consulting practice. We are looking to expand our contract consulting team and require experienced L&D specialists to design and deliver leadership programs and executive coaching in the above mentioned countries. Ideal candidates would be available for short and long-term contract assignments and have a minimum of five to ten years experience of L&D and/or executive coaching within some/all of the mentioned countries. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in working with senior levels of leadership within MNC corporations as well as an indepth understanding of local leadership customs and norms.
