Office Administrator, Sydney



We have a fabulous team and are currently looking for a responsible, efficient, competent, dynamic and enthusiastic person to join us in an Office Administration/Team Support role.

You must be willing to answer the phone, be responsible for outstanding customer service and complete a wide range of administrative duties.

Project Manager, Sydney

Due to our rapid expansion we have an immediate need for a Project Manager to take on an integral role within our Project Management team. We are seeking exceptional candidates capable of overseeing a range of projects (from small, local client projects to larger multi-regional programs).

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:


  • Strong administrative skills.
  • A sound ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage project timelines.
  • Confidence when managing complex issues and solving problems (particularly with regard to quality control and customer service).
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency when handling the logistical aspects of project (i.e. booking venues, organising resources and liaising with both clients and consultants).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Effective people management skills and a commitment to ensuring that internal and external clients stay up to date with project news and progress.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate must also be capable of leading the Project Management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to original brief requirements.

Depending upon experience salary is negotiable up to $70K.

Business Development Manager, Sydney



This newly created role based at North Sydney is designed to attract a highly talented Business Development professional to join a high-end boutique HR consulting group.

Reporting to the Managing Director – Australia and working closely with the Client Director – Asia Pacific, the position will be responsible for introducing HFL to new clients, building and nurturing those client relationships to ensure long term successful commercial partnerships are created and maintained.

Our team of highly talented Assessment, Learning & Development and Coaching Consultants are highly regarded within the marketplace for scoping, designing and delivering outstanding customised leadership programs to HFL clients. With extensive experience across a diverse range of roles and industries, you will need to demonstrate a successful background in assessment and/or leadership development roles. You will have a strong understanding of all aspects of current best practices, complemented by consulting experience where you were able to win business based on the quality of the work and excellent client service.

Your expertise is in creating relationships with blue chip organisations that value high quality solutions will be your key to success.

With a real passion for new business development, the successful candidate will be able to leave the design and delivery to highly talented Senior Consultants, leaving time to identify and nurture more clients.

Business Development Manager, Singapore



A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development professional to join our practice to assist us in building our rapidly growing list of blue chip clients in Singapore.

The role will be based in Singapore and be responsible for initiating contact, prospecting and qualifying potential clients, identifying opportunities to add value and assisting in the design of best practice Talent and Leadership development programs.

We require a proven sales professional with a demonstrated track record of and a passion for selling HR/OD solutions to HR professionals. This is an ideal role for someone with an entrepreneurial style and approach to achieving business objectives, always thinking of creative ways to capture, expand and communicate with your new and existing clients and work towards a trusted advisor status.

Practice Leader- Leadership development



Harbour Future Leaders designs, delivers and manages accelerated HiPo and Leadership Development programs. We work with large local and multinational companies to identify their high potential employees; conduct gap analysis and custom build creative, effective and long term accelerated leadership development programs.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore we have a 13 year of track record and are considered a thought leader in our area. Our practice in Asia is growing rapidly and we require a Senior Consultant to take responsibility for customised regional solutions design and delivery.

You will be a highly motivated and experienced HR consultant with a track record of designing and delivering outstanding L&D solutions for large corporate clients. You’ll believe what HFL believes – that every client is different, and the customisation of L&D programs is a key factor in both their initial success, and long-term impact and ROI. It is essential you have between 5 – 10 years experience and your expertise in creative L&D design and creating blended-learning solutions.

HFL recognises that many of the most capable consultants in this field may be running their own consultancy. Learning and Development consultants & contractors



Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Manilla, Ho Chi Minh, Shanghai, Beijing, Mumbai, Seoul.

HFL has a growing Asian consulting practice. We are looking to expand our contract consulting team and require experienced L&D specialists to design and deliver leadership programs and executive coaching in the above mentioned countries.

Ideal candidates would be available for short and long-term contract assignments and have a minimum of five to ten years experience of L&D and/or executive coaching within some/all of the mentioned countries.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in working with senior levels of leadership within MNC corporations as well as an indepth understanding of local leadership customs and norms.
