Harbour Future Leaders designs and runs executive and mid-level leadership coaching programs that address the needs and development goals of your leadership group. HFL’s coaching practice is targeted towards achieving accelerated leadership development and performance.
At any one time, between 150 and 200 leaders are being coached by HFL in Australia. These coaching sessions take place across the nation, in every state, being delivered by both internal and external coaches from HFL’s 40+ strong coaching panel.
We boast a sophisticated embedded coaching practice that is capable of meeting a variety of coaching needs – whether for developmental, remedial, or transitional coaching across Australia and internationally. Demand for coaching has grown significantly in the last few years, and research evidence, indicates that executive leadership coaching is successful in helping executives develop sustainable leadership skills. Our coaching programs are offered either as part of a broader leadership program or as stand-alone coaching interventions. Coaching is normally held at one of our Coaching Rooms or on-site at your organisation if preferred.

Our program starts with a thorough understanding of your organisational and leadership needs, both now and in the future. For senior executives, honest feedback is often hard to find, and for some, a change in personal style or behaviour may be critical to their success.
We focus on solutions, not problems. The Senior Executive being coached is the expert in their career and their life. The coach works with them one on one to support, and at times, challenge them, to help them find the answers and implement practical actions.
Our coaching programs usually extend over a three to six month period, with regular 1.5-2 hours face to face coaching sessions, with phone contact as required. We often include assessment tools to help the client focus on areas of development and action plans, and, while confidentiality is assured, we also maintain communication with the client enterprise on overall progress toward goals.
