Evelyn has over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of roles and industries. Her career began with 10 years in HR as a Master Trainer and Business Development Manager with Achieve Global. Evelyn then took her consulting skills to a broader role as Human Resources Manager at Brambles Transport (later acquired by Toll Group) which included performance management, selection, development, leadership skills, team building, and rewards and retention strategies. During the late ‘90’s Evelyn spent 3 years managing over 20 projects for Toll Holdings at a time when their business doubled through more than 10 acquisitions. Positions included Project Director for the IT component of the merger with Brambles Transport, TNT, NQX Transport, IPEC and Interlink, Project Director for Year 2000, and implementation of new financial and operating systems. As a Management Consultant, Evelyn moved onto leading teams charged with implementing major organisational change for companies such as Work Ventures, Nudie Fruit Juices, Amcor Fibre Packaging, Westpac, GE, Suncorp, MIM, Astra Pharmaceuticals, Colgate, and Arnotts. She focused on process and human capital re-engineering projects simultaneously ensuring that the businesses delivered on targets. Evelyn brings a plethora of business experience to her role at HFL with the associated benefits to clients of her deep understanding of the commercial outcomes and ROI expected from any spend on a human resource initiative. |
