He has worked at CEO level across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Japan and Dubai. He has assessed senior executive bench strength, created succession plans, identified latent potential, created talent pools, and developed individual leadership programs in numerous corporates such as Aon insurance, British American Tobacco, Coates Hire, Coca Cola, Foxtel, EDS, John Holland Group, Komatsu, Leighton International, Nestle, Seek, and Woolworths.
