Director of Client Relationships, Sydney
Due to continued growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for a highly talented Business Development professional to join our Head Office in North Sydney as a Director of Client Relationships.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the existing Director of Client Relationships, you will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients with the objective of selling HFL’s consulting services and building long term successful commercial partnerships.
You will also develop and help execute a medium term plan for growing the client base and company revenues.
Desired Skills & Experience:
A strong understanding of all aspects of business development and best practice, complemented by consulting experience where you were able to win business based on the quality of the work and excellent client service.
Expertise in creating relationships with blue chip organisations that value high quality solutions will be the key to your success.
With a real passion for new business development, the successful candidate will be able to leave the design and delivery to talented Senior Consultants, leaving time to identify and develop more clients.
Extensive experience across a diverse range of roles and industries is essential, we are also ideally looking for someone who has worked within a similar consulting environment. You are a talented sales professional that understands the importance of truly partnering with clients.

Executive Leadership Coaches, Australia and Singapore
Locations: Sydney, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Queensland, Hobart, Singapore.
HFL’s coaching practice is targeted towards achieving accelerated leadership development and performance. At any one time, between 150 and 200 leaders are being coached by HFL in Asutralia. These coaching sessions take place across the nation, in every state, being delivered by HFL’s 40+ coaching panel.
We are continually looking to expand our executive coaching panel with experienced Executive Coaches, to meet increasing client demand for coaching both nationally and internationally.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Significant experience at the executive level with strong commercial acumen and a successful track record of coaching leaders within a range of organisations.
A detailed understanding of coaching concepts, evidence-based approaches and coaching terminology.
The ability to successfully coach business leaders and coach in a variety of situations and at different levels. Understanding of organisational structures, systems, processes as well as the behavioural patterns associated with each.
Specific knowledge of theory, research and practice in the field of executive coaching, coaching models and theories.
Coaches must be able to build and maintain strong coaching relationships, understand and apply assessment tools, create development plans, facilitate development and long term behaviour change.
Associate Leadership Consultants, Australia and Singapore
We are continually looking to expand our contract consulting team to meet increasing client demand and would be interested in speaking to experienced L&D specialists who are available for short and long term contract requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate expertise and a strong track record in designing and delivering outstanding L&D solutions for large organisations. Your ability to create unique blended-learning solutions and innovative bespoke designs, coupled with outstanding delivery skills to facilitate senior programs will set you apart from the rest.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate relevant qualifications, significant L&D consulting and corporate experience, and the ability to truly partner with clients at a senior level.
Consultants should be able to demonstrate experience in working with senior levels of leadership as well as an in-depth understanding of local leadership challenges.
