Frosso is a Consultant Psychologist in Sydney and has spent the past two years assessing and developing the capabilities of a vast range of leaders. She works in partnership with clients to illuminate their individual attributes and abilities, both latent and overt, and to develop unique skills to facilitate their ability to lead strong people and business outcomes.
With an avid interest in the brain and human behaviour, Frosso offers a neuro-scientific approach to leadership programs and coaching, bringing light to the science underpinning behaviour and motivations in the workplace. She finds that creating conscious awareness of individual skills and behaviours, in conjunction with the potential and limitations of the human brain, assists others to capitalise their strengths and minimise less constructive behaviours. This enables them to move forward and achieve both business and personal goals.
Her work within HFL extends across designing and faciliating leadership workshops, coaching individuals and groups, assessment and development centre delivery and feedback, and the GeneSys suite of assessments. Frosso works with leaders in a range of industries and across all levels of business. She has a particular interest in developing leadership capabilities in early leaders – the future of organisations.
Frosso completed her Masters of Psychology (Organisational) in 2008. She is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and has experience in career counselling and research in the field of psychology, having co-published an article in the top-tier journal Biological Psychiatry. She has broad psychometric assessment accreditations, including GeneSys, Saville Wave, CPI, 16PF, Emotional Capital Inventory and the Hogan suite of assessments. Frosso is a Meta-NLP Practitioner and a Meta-Coach graduate.
