Born in Perth, Western Australia – Jim is a highly energetic and enthusiastic corporate trainer and coach with over 20 years experience in developing high-performance people. Jim heads up HFLI in Singapore.
Jim has held a variety of senior management, sales and marketing related positions throughout his career, and has worked in various countries throughout the Asia Pacific. He has a solid understanding of cultural diversity, and has called Singapore home for over 13 years.
Author of The Sales Pro, Jim specialises in sales and leadership development, and has delivered training solutions for a variety of organisations, including; AT&T, Bata Brands, Cable & Wireless, Jurong Port and StarHub to name but a few.
Jim believes that training is critical to developing potential, and that when expertly designed and delivered, can power business performance and growth. With this in mind he combines strategically aligned training programs with a variety of assessment tools and simulations to heighten self awareness, enhance knowledge transfer and improve performance.
Jim holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment with the Singapore Workforce Development Authority, and has developed, trained and assessed a wide variety of Workforce Skills Qualifications programs.
