Introduction |
| Harbour Future Leaders (HFL) is a human resources consultancy that specialises in assisting enterprises to identify and grow their leadership capability. With offices in three locations – Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore – and partner organisations dotted across the region, HFL is well positioned to deliver consulting solutions in corporate leadership development across Asia and the Middle East. The HFL family consists of a core team of senior consultants based in our three locations, and an expanding team of highly qualified associates who work for us on a contract basis (some for many years). Our team use scientifically-proven, best-practice tools and methodologies such as 360-degree assessments, GeneSys psychometrics, AC-EXS assessment exercises, and several leadership models that are our own IP, developed over many years when delivering solutions for clients. We have built more than a hundred leadership development programs in the last six years for more than 40 enterprises. Assignments for clients in the last 12 months have ranged from a four person assessment centre to assess two internal and two external candidates for a key general management position, to assessing 170 executives in four locations in 30 days.
