 Russel is a highly skilled HR Consultant with a vast amount of experience in Leadership Assessment and Development, Change Management, Communication and Strategic Consulting.Russel has had a successful global career. Prior to joining Harbour Future Leaders, Russel worked internationally for Ericsson Global Services in Sweden, the UK and South East Asia - working on projects in over thirty countries. This work primarily focused on the transition of engineering organisations from Telecommunication Operators to Ericsson; and the subsequent transformation of these organisations using global best practices. Russel initially spent five years working as a Senior HR professional within the corporate Learning & Development environment. He then spent ten years working for his own Management Consulting Practice which focused on Leadership Development and Organisational Change Management for clients in both government and private sectors. One such consulting assignment with Ericsson Australia led to him to an international career with Ericsson which lasted for over eleven years. Russel is a highly skilled and savvy leader. His international success can be greatly attributed to his high level of cultural sensitivity, continual commitment to best practice, and passion for seeing the process of change management take place smoothly within the workplace. |
