Linda is a Senior Consultant for Harbour Future Leaders (HFL) who is highly regarded in the industry and a much sought-after speaker in different forums.

Linda brings 25 years’ experience in the learning and human resources areas to HFL. Her work and academic pursuits have focused on organisational change and individual success.

Prior to joining HFL, Linda invested 14 years in global firm DDI, where she was Principal Consultant. There she was responsible for senior level leadership programs, custom-designed group and individual development solutions, performance management implementations, change strategy and teambuilding projects. Before this, Linda managed learning and development functions for two organisations and was the Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator at the NSW Public Service Board.

Linda has wide-ranging experience in the Asian region, working as a strategic leader and on senior team programs in Malaysia, China, Singapore and Korea. She has contributed generously to her field though her conference presentations on topics such as talent management, evaluation of learning and performance management results.

Linda’s broad knowledge spans industries and organisations including: Unisys, Oracle, First Data, Coles Myer, BHP Billiton, Fairfax, Tyco Healthcare and Tyco Services, Kimberly-Clark, MLC, Premier Coal (Wesfarmers), Asteron, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Department of Child Safety (QLD), Enertrade, Lion Nathan, Coca Cola Amatil and Nestlé.

Her credentials include a master’s research project that explored career management and trade occupations and a coaching certificate.

Linda has worked extensively with emerging-, middle- and executive-level leaders to provide feedback from Assessment Centre and multi-rater activities. Linda ensures her coaching is focused on clear development objectives that are measurable and realistic.

Linda’s theoretical work in concert with her practical knowledge, make her one of the most experienced practitioners currently in the learning and development field in the Asia-Pacific region and she is able to customise her approach to suit every organisational context.
