In her role as a Consultant for Harbour Future Leaders (HFL), Leila writes competency-based psychometric reports for assessment and development of individuals within the workplace. These reports may pertain to recruitment, leadership, career and personal development. She uses a range of evaluative tools to ascertain individuals’ suitability for roles.

Leila is accredited in the administration of the GeneSys suite of assessments as well as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool and the AC-EXS exercises. She is a facilitator of the GeneSys Accreditation Program which equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to accurately and ethically interpret and use the GeneSys suite of products. Leila provides continual technical and interpretative support to GeneSys users throughout Australia and Asia and provides advice on psychometric assessments and their use within the workplace. She also delivers training courses around team effectiveness, behavioural interviewing, dealing with change and project management.

Leila’s expertise in the application of psychometric tools means she is able to provide a spectrum of useful information on staff members’ aptitudes to management, as well as encouraging self-insight and self-development for the participants involved.

For the past seven years, Leila has studied applied psychology. She achieved her Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Macquarie University.

Leila’s academic background means she has a deep understanding of the challenges that face organisations with regards to retention and recruitment and how assessment and development tools can radically improve these processes.

She is passionate about providing information to candidates about themselves, enabling them to build on strengths, realise potential, and become more effective in the work and home environments.
