Helen brings a tapestry of experience to her work at HFL from a diverse range of industries and organisations. In the 1990s, Helen consulted with Telstra, Australia’s largest telecommunications company, as part of a five-person team that managed the largest senior management assessment project ever held in the Southern Hemisphere, Telstra’s Succession Planning Program. She played a key role in the development of the infrastructure for a smooth and equitable evaluation. Helen has designed and implemented a wide range of Assessment Centre methodologies for many different companies such as Toyota-Astra, Indonesia, BNI Bank, Indonesia, IAG, AMP, QBE and INENCO. She has worked with ANZ, an Australian bank, to restructure its national branch network and facilitated the ANZ Board’s selection of its future branch managers. This involved the evaluation of approximately 2,500 people in only 40 days. Working with Big W, an Australian retail chain, Helen implemented the development and succession planning for senior managers. As a result of this project, the quality of staff improved and staff turnover was reduced. Most recently, Helen completed the Master Coaching Program at the University of Sydney. This enhances her already impressive academic background. Helen is passionate about delivering quality assessment solutions to help organisations optimise their efficiency and effectiveness. |
