After 12 successful years of consulting experience across the energy, financial, engineering, chemical, public, and entertainment industries, Greg adds further weight to our growing Melbourne team by joining us as a Senior Consultant.

Recruited from Personnel Decisions International where he provided consultancy services to clients such as BP, NAB, Origin, Shell, Holcim, Saudi Aramco and Cadbury Schweppes – Greg boasts extensive Asia-Pacific experience across 7 countries at senior levels in the areas of executive assessment, development, and coaching.

Before this role, Greg was employed as part of the Learning and Development function for Bunnings. This position included organisational change programs and developing coaching programs.

Greg joined Bunnings from Coyne Didsbury’s sports division where he was involved in pioneering ‘Player Development’ programs for professional athletes in both the AFL and Cricket Australia. While in the professional sports industry, he typically delivered elite athlete performance and support programs and worked closely with players who were transitioning out of their sporting careers. Greg also worked with the NBL and the Australian A-League.

Greg’s professional experience began as a Career Management Consultant at DBM Australia, a global outplacement, coaching and career management organisation. In addition to post-graduate studies, he trained in Behavioural Assessment, Learning and Development Executive Coaching, and Career Transition Management.

Greg’s client service style has been honed over the years to be one of ongoing client consultation on the direction of large-scale talent or succession management programs. When working with individuals, his objective has been to create a partnership that ‘stretches’ people enabling them to make effective decisions about the improvements they want to make.

Greg demonstrates his ‘passion for potential’ by working to understand an individual’s unique abilities, providing them with accurate personal assessment data, and coaching them to develop from good practitioners or technicians in their field into outstanding people and organisational leaders.
