 Frosso is a Consultant Psychologist & Project Coordinator, and specialises in assessment and recruitment services.Typical assignments include end-to-end establishment and execution of psychometric testing briefs, including selection of tests, alignment with required competencies, report writing and providing one on one feedback. Frosso also helps design and administer Development Centres, and is heavily involved in the development and production of seminar content and workbooks for junior leadership programs. Frosso is enjoying her second stint at HFL having returned to university to complete her masters. She also has experience in career counselling (at Career Research & Assessment Services). She has been responsible for conducting staff engagement surveys, and has also managed a number of 360 surveys for various HFL clients. Frosso has broad Psychometric Assessment Accreditations, including GeneSys, CPI, 16PF, Emotional Capital Inventory (ECI), Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Motives Values Preferences Inventory (MVPI). Boasting high level written and verbal communication skills, and experiences in supporting recruitment decisions, Frosso is capable of supporting and executing recruitment assessment assignments at many levels.
