 Dominic Johnson is a highly experienced L&D consultant with strengths in designing and delivering leadership development programs that produce tangible business outcomes. He has honed these capabilities over the last 15 years working both as an internal consultant with EDS and PricewaterhouseCoopers and also externally embedding Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits into numerous businesses (in financial service, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail and IT industries), as well as in the public sector.Dominic specialises at engaging with senior executives and developing the business case for change initiatives – particularly those involving cultural change and leadership development. His international experience as a Consultant to senior teams equips him with a commercial fluency that enables rapid traction when earning the trust of business leaders and securing their commitment to invest the necessary time and money to resolve complex business challenges. Dominic’s willingness to take personal responsibility for delivering results, along with his strategic-thinking, collaborative style and courageous, straightforward communication skills result in repeated demand for his services as a coach, facilitator and trusted adviser. Specifically, Dominic has played an instrumental part in rolling out major leadership development programs for the likes of Procter & Gamble, Airbus, PWC and various others. He has supported and coached both individuals and senior leadership teams; assisting many as they prepare for and encounter various business challenges and leadership opportunities. With a background of customised solution design and delivery in the leadership and culture space Dominic’s work has typically involved: assessing individual and group development needs, interpreting diagnostic/assessment data, facilitating the senior teams leadership development and overseeing the quality of the major rollout (to ensure agreed impact is realised). Dominic learned this craft in his time with Covey and has further developed it at PWC and through his private client work.
