None of these items, however, quite describe the type of external supplier an enterprise is really looking for in the leadership development arena – one that that can be completely trusted. When an enterprise invites an external consultancy into their organisation, that enterprise takes a tremendous leap of faith. Will the consultancy deliver on its promises to a very high quality? Will they do so on time? Will their interventions resonate with senior and junior leadership teams, and thus spark real behavioural change, and support for further initiatives? Or will what they do set the leadership development initiative in the enterprise back two years? It is little wonder that most consultancies in the organisational development space survive on recommendations from other practitioners. At HFL, we can only state that we understand that huge leap of faith, respect it, and promise we will do whatever it takes to deliver an outstanding outcome for your enterprise.
